Recruitment Partner – SEA Sales Market

About the role

As a Recruitment Partner for H&M’s SEA Sales Market, you will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines and Vietnam. You act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, ensuring a smooth, high‑quality candidate journey from sourcing through onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, from sourcing and assessment to offer and onboarding hand‑over.
• Partner with hiring managers to align expectations, communicate progress and provide strategic hiring advice.
• Develop proactive attraction strategies, build talent pipelines for key positions and promote H&M’s employee value proposition.
• Coordinate competence assessments, prepare interview panels and advise on hiring decisions.
• Collaborate with People Lifecycle, People Specialist Partnering and business functions to implement process improvements.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs, link strategy to the Recruitment Leads roadmap and identify continuous‑improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and advisory capabilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
