About the role

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead and develop our recruitment team, ensuring clients receive high‑quality candidates quickly and efficiently. This senior role oversees recruiter performance, optimizes sourcing strategies, and maintains high standards throughout the hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve performance and hiring targets.
• Conduct daily check‑ins, team meetings, and performance reviews.
• Ensure recruiters follow internal SOPs and recruitment best practices.
• Monitor sourcing activity, candidate pipelines, and ATS data accuracy.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for standard and hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to candidate endorsement.
• Identify hiring bottlenecks early and implement effective solutions.
• Track recruitment KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
• Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, tools, and team performance.

Required profile

• 10+ years of recruitment experience.
• 10+ years in a leadership or team‑management role.
• Strong background in agency recruitment and high‑volume hiring.
• Experience managing remote recruitment teams and operations.
• Proven ability to analyze recruitment metrics and improve team performance.
