Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter who can connect top talent with the right opportunities. In this role you will partner closely with Client Success Managers to understand hiring needs and design effective recruitment strategies that drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to define hiring requirements and develop sourcing plans.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess fit, experience, and potential.
• Guide candidates through each stage of the hiring process with clear communication and timely updates.
• Maintain an organized, accurate Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure all data is up‑to‑date.
• Build strong relationships with candidates to create a positive hiring experience.
• Work with the recruitment team to solve hiring challenges and fill roles efficiently.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment and a solid understanding of the hiring lifecycle.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented.
• Comfortable managing multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
• Problem‑solver who works well with both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platforms.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and sourcing techniques.
