Project Manager – Deployment Services

About the role

Trax is seeking a Project Manager to lead the deployment of its transportation spend management solutions for large, global clients. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams and carrier partners to ensure successful implementation and ongoing project phases.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project charters, integrated plans, resource and contingency plans.
• Facilitate weekly governance meetings and monthly steering committees with clients.
• Define, track, and report on project milestones and overall delivery schedule.
• Gather client requirements, align them with Trax’s product offering, and drive value‑focused data sessions.
• Manage client expectations, contractual commitments, and scope to meet time, cost, and quality targets.
• Identify risks, create mitigation strategies, and promptly resolve or escalate issues.
• Build strong relationships with client and carrier organizations, acting as a subject‑matter expert.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders in a matrix environment to deliver high‑quality results.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex, client‑facing projects, preferably in logistics or transportation.
• Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Ability to handle escalations, negotiate scope, and influence stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
