About the role
Portland Outsource is seeking a highly organized Project Management Coordinator to bring structure, tracking, and accountability to client initiatives. This remote position supports multiple stakeholders and ensures projects move smoothly from kickoff to completion.
Key responsibilities
- Own project timelines, deliverables, and execution from start to finish.
- Track over 100 transaction‑related deliverables with accuracy.
- Coordinate with legal, accounting, technical, and executive teams.
- Maintain checklists, trackers, and accountability systems.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and follow up on action items.
- Handle day‑to‑day communications and email follow‑ups.
- Research vendors, tools, and service providers; gather quotes and recommendations.
- Escalate blockers proactively and ensure deadlines are met.
- Help build and continuously improve operational processes.
Required profile
- Strong end‑to‑end project management experience.
- Highly detail‑oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Ownership mindset with self‑directed follow‑through.
- Professional English communication, both spoken and written.
- Fast learner adaptable to new tools and priorities.
Required skills
- Advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel) for tracking, reporting, and data organization.
