Production Operator – Manufacturing Plant

About the role

Monde M.Y. San Corporation is seeking a full‑time Production Operator to join its manufacturing team in Calamba. You will work on the shop floor, ensuring that our iconic snack products are produced efficiently and meet the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate machinery involved in the manufacturing process.
• Monitor production lines for efficiency and compliance with quality control standards.
• Maintain equipment and perform minor troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in training new hires and adapt to operational adjustments as needed.

Required profile

• Proficiency in machine operation and experience with production lines.
• Knowledge of quality control standards and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with others.
• Willingness to assist in training team members.
• Attention to detail, good time‑management and adaptability.
• High school diploma or vocational/technical training; relevant experience is a plus.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift moderate loads and operate machinery safely.
