Principal Executive Search Recruiter (Hybrid/Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Principal Executive Search Recruiter to lead high‑touch candidate management for senior and executive positions. You will work closely with a dedicated sourcer and act as a trusted advisor to C‑suite leaders, guiding talent through assessment, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end qualification, relationship management, and journey of executive and senior corporate candidates across Digital Finance Transformation, Technology, Risk & Compliance, and HR tracks.
• Partner with the sourcing team to review pipelines, refine search criteria, and match passive talent to active leadership needs.
• Provide regular pipeline insights to global business leaders, manage expectations, and navigate complex offer negotiations.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition with a proven record of headhunting senior and executive roles.
• Proactive, consultative mindset with strong hunting instincts for passive talent.
• Exceptional communication, reliability, and accountability.
