Operational Risk Desk Coordinator

About the role

Join Nestlé Integrated Business Services Manila to support regional insurance and risk management activities across Asia‑Oceania, Europe, Africa and MENA markets. You will coordinate insurance programs, manage claims, drive business continuity initiatives and partner with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate regional insurance and risk management programs across multiple markets.
• Administer insurance policies, renewals, premium payments and ensure compliance.
• Support claims management and follow established guidelines.
• Drive Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Property Loss Prevention (PLP) initiatives.
• Validate and maintain insurance data, reporting accuracy and documentation.
• Partner with insurers, brokers, consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure service excellence.
• Monitor risk‑related activities, identify issues and recommend process improvements.
• Prepare reports and provide insights for effective risk management and decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Risk Management, Insurance or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in insurance, risk management, compliance, finance operations or shared services.
• Knowledge of insurance operations, claims management and governance, risk and compliance (GRC).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
