About the role

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate in developing didactic programs for new training courses and receive necessary training.
• Create training materials for assigned programs, applying TECH’s innovative teaching methodology.
• Facilitate distance learning through virtual classes, adapting content to individual student needs.
• Use digital resources to encourage interaction, oral practice, and assess learner progress.
• Promote learner autonomy and maintain an accessible, dynamic learning environment.

Required profile

• Certified C2 level proficiency in English.
• Teaching experience across all levels (A1‑C2).
• Knowledge of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
• Preferably training oriented towards teaching.
