About the role
The National Key Accounts Lead will be the primary point of contact for Coca‑Cola’s assigned key accounts in the Philippines, driving business development, managing operations, overseeing accounts receivable and planning resources to grow profitability and strengthen partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the company’s point of contact for assigned accounts, communicate new programs, and negotiate sell‑in initiatives.
- Gather and analyse account data to tailor solutions and manage contract and trading terms.
- Lead joint business planning sessions and top‑to‑top engagements with customers.
- Conduct product handling orientations, monitor order fulfillment, and address bad orders.
- Review operational performance with accounts and ensure service‑level compliance.
- Monitor accounts receivable, manage trade credit applications, and process approvals for order releases or debt write‑offs.
- Prepare and track budgets for direct marketing expenses and deductions from revenue, forecast commercial asset needs and coordinate asset deployment.
- Produce sales and contract analysis reports and maintain database management documentation.
