Medical Science Liaison – Anesthesia & Critical Care

About the role

Philcare Pharma is seeking a motivated Medical Science Liaison to join its Clinical Application Support team. The MSL will act as the scientific bridge between the company and the medical community, focusing on anesthesia and critical care.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare providers, and academic researchers in the assigned territory.
• Deliver scientific presentations, facilitate discussions on company products, pipeline assets, and therapeutic areas.
• Support investigator‑initiated studies, clinical trials, and advisory board activities.
• Respond to unsolicited medical information requests with accurate, balanced data.
• Create and update scientific content for medical education programs and publications.
• Collect field insights, provide competitive intelligence, and contribute to medical strategy development.
• Collaborate with commercial, regulatory, and clinical teams to ensure aligned scientific messaging and support product launches.

Required profile

• Advanced scientific degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry or clinical practice within anesthesia, critical care, or cardio‑metabolic fields.
• Proven ability to engage with KOLs and present complex scientific information clearly.
