Marketing Strategist

About the role

The Better BPO is seeking a Marketing Strategist who can both design and execute marketing plans for a diverse client base. You will be responsible for shaping ideas, creating content, launching campaigns, and continuously improving performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop clear, practical marketing strategies for clients across multiple industries.
• Translate strategy into structured, actionable plans and write copy for websites, social media, and email.
• Set up, launch, and optimize paid marketing campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and make data‑driven adjustments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Partner with external media buyers and publishers when required.
• Advise clients on next steps and explain strategic reasoning.

Required profile

• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to turn ideas into actionable plans.
• Excellent writing skills for website copy, social media, and email campaigns.
• Hands‑on experience executing paid marketing campaigns, including ad copy creation and performance monitoring.
• Clear understanding of how different marketing channels work together.
• Ability to adapt strategies across various industries.
• Comfortable working with both internal teams and external partners.
