Marketing Operations Manager (Remote)

About the role

Wedded Wonderland is a global platform for destination weddings and luxury celebrations. We are entering a rapid growth phase and need a Marketing Operations Manager to build scalable automation and reporting systems that drive revenue across our marketing channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain lead‑to‑revenue pipelines from social and website traffic through CRM, email nurture, memberships and concierge services.
• Develop AI‑powered content production workflows for editorial, approvals and scheduling across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and email.
• Automate partner reporting for tourism boards and luxury brand clients.
• Implement member onboarding, engagement scoring and retention automation.
• Create internal tools to improve reporting and operational efficiency for the marketing team.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience building production‑level marketing automation workflows.
• Hands‑on expertise with n8n or Make.com.
• Proven ability to integrate LLMs or AI tools into real‑world workflows.
• Comfort reading API documentation and troubleshooting integrations.
• Strong understanding of funnels, attribution, lifecycle marketing and automation systems.
• Ability to write SQL and basic JavaScript or Python when needed.
• Excellent written communication in an async‑first environment.
