Manufacturing Technician

About the role

The Manufacturing Technician is responsible for converting raw materials into finished goods on an assigned production line. The role involves using allocated resources—manpower, tools, equipment, and systems—to meet production targets while maintaining quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute conversion of raw materials into finished products using line resources.
• Ensure raw material and finished product quality meets standard specifications.
• Operate and maintain process equipment to achieve optimum efficiency and quality.
• Inspect equipment during production runs.
• Lift and handle heavy equipment as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Mechanical/Electrical Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of machine operation or production equipment handling experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in food manufacturing or semiconductor industry.
• Ability to work in hot and/or cold environments.
• Willingness to work a shifting schedule in Canlubang, Laguna.
• Fresh graduates with relevant OJT or internship experience are welcome.
