Manual Access Provisioning Consultant (SSO & Multi‑Factor Authentication)

About the role

We are seeking a Manual Access Provisioning Consultant to design, implement, and support access management solutions, including Single Sign‑On (SSO) and Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA), for enterprise clients. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to tailor provisioning strategies that meet security and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Gather client access requirements and develop customized provisioning processes.
• Implement and configure manual provisioning solutions, ensuring compliance with security standards.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance reporting for provisioning activities.
• Develop, maintain, and regularly update SOPs and knowledge‑base articles.
• Design, deploy, and manage MFA solutions across on‑prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Enforce MFA policies for privileged, workforce, vendor, and remote access use cases.
• Implement and manage SSO integrations, identity federation (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect), and related certificate management.
• Facilitate training sessions and knowledge transfer for team members.

Required profile

• Graduate degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 + years of experience in information security with a focus on access management.
• Proven experience designing and managing access control solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Required skills

• PowerShell scripting (plus).
• Manual provisioning tools and processes.
• Security frameworks such as NIST CSF and ISO 27001.
• Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.
• MFA technologies and policies.
• SSO and federation protocols: SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect.
• ADFS and Entra ID configuration.
• Certificate management for token signing and trust relationships.
