Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an Equipment Maintenance Supervisor to lead the safe and efficient operation of our production equipment. The role combines hands‑on troubleshooting with strategic planning to keep machinery running at peak performance.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic failures.
• Interpret mechanical, electrical and pneumatic diagrams for troubleshooting.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve preventive maintenance programs.
• Drive lean manufacturing, continuous improvement and plant layout planning initiatives.
• Apply and uphold QMS (ISO 9001), EMS/EHS (ISO 14001) and safety standards.
• Coach engineers and technicians on equipment requirements and best practices.
• Prioritise tasks, delegate work to cross‑functional teams and ensure schedules are met.
• Prepare technical reports, deliver presentations and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Lead strategic planning and crisis management when critical equipment issues arise.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics or Industrial Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience as an Equipment Maintenance Engineer.
• Proven expertise in equipment maintenance processes, fault response and spare‑parts management.
• Familiarity with stamping, molding, plating and assembly machines.
• Strong decision‑making, problem‑solving and leadership abilities.
• Solid understanding of safety regulations and practices.
• Proficient with MS Office and standard communication tools.
