Learning Business Partner – Digital & Transferable Skills

About the role

The Learning Business Partner – Digital & Transferable Skills will lead the rollout of learning solutions focused on digital, AI, and transferable skill development across the zone. This role acts as a performance accelerator, supporting leadership transformation through innovative learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Define organisational, team and individual digital, AI and transferable‑skill needs in collaboration with market and corporate functions.
• Design and manage training‑needs surveys, analyse results and align them with digital and leadership development plans.
• Lead the digitalisation of learning, ensuring content is accessible, scalable and follows modern digital learning practices.
• Develop and deploy AI‑powered learning agents to provide personalised, on‑demand support for learners and managers.
• Organise, deliver and co‑deliver zone‑level development interventions, including digital and transferable‑skill programmes.
• Support local markets with train‑the‑trainer sessions, certification and implementation of non‑shareable interventions.
• Collaborate with Learning Experience Designers to apply the 5Di methodology for new learning solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in learning and development, preferably within a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation, AI applications in learning and transferable‑skill frameworks.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable learning solutions and to work across diverse markets.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
