About the role
Unilever is seeking a passionate Key Accounts Manager to join its Customer Development team in the Philippines. You will focus on regional modern trade and supermarkets, acting as the primary liaison between Unilever’s brands and key retail partners.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, serving as their trusted point of contact.
- Lead the full sales cycle, from contract negotiation to deal closure, ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Monitor account performance, analyse metrics, share insights with leadership, and adjust strategies for long‑term growth.
- Advise clients on product assortments and identify opportunities for additional business.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably within modern trade or retail environments.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Commitment to Unilever’s diversity and inclusion values.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
