Key Account Manager – VisMin

About the role

Billease is looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to nurture and grow relationships with merchant partners across VisMin. You will act as the main point of contact, ensuring merchants fully leverage Billease’s payment solutions to boost their sales and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for merchant partners, building strong, long‑term relationships.
• Monitor merchant performance, analyze data, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within the existing portfolio to drive revenue.
• Resolve merchant issues promptly, coordinating with internal teams for solutions.
• Stay updated on Billease products and communicate new features to merchants.
• Guide new merchants through onboarding and integration of payment options.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to support merchant success.
• Prepare and present performance reports to internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of account management, client success, or sales experience in fintech, e‑commerce, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of e‑commerce and digital payment solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.
• Self‑motivated and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
