About the role

First Circle is expanding its fintech platform and needs an IT Support Engineer to be the first line of technical assistance for employees. You will keep devices, accounts, and daily tools running smoothly while supporting a fast‑growing, security‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and network issues on Windows and macOS PCs and mobile devices.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, printers, video‑conferencing tools, and remote‑work applications (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
  • Provide on‑site and remote technical support, including desktop, email, and basic networking problems.
  • Manage device imaging, configuration, and user access provisioning via Active Directory and cloud directories.
  • Support onboarding and off‑boarding workflows, handling account creation, permission changes, and de‑provisioning.
  • Perform system updates, patch management, and software roll‑outs across endpoints.
  • Maintain accurate IT asset logs, software license inventories, and up‑to‑date documentation.
  • Handle support tickets from creation to resolution, escalating when necessary.
  • Liaise with third‑party vendors for repairs, replacements, and procurement.
  • Ensure data backup and recovery tools are operational and regularly tested.
  • Assist with security compliance, antivirus/EDR management, and endpoint protection.

Required profile

  • 3–6 years of experience in internal IT, helpdesk, or technical support roles.
  • Proven ability to work independently and deliver reliable support in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong documentation and ticket‑tracking skills.
