Project Officer – Multi‑Technology Program Delivery

About the role

The Project Officer will report directly to the Agency Banking Platform Management, SPD and Operations Head, leading the delivery of a complex, multi‑technology program with high business impact. The role focuses on achieving business outcomes on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and review project plans created by individual project managers.
• Ensure timelines for all project activities are optimized and efficient.
• Monitor work progress regularly, addressing or escalating critical issues as needed.
• Coordinate with ISG and Channel/Platform Managers to evaluate projects and surface risks that could affect delivery.
• Maintain quality delivery of contractual commitments while supporting profitable outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience managing technology‑based projects.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and program management principles.
