IT Infrastructure Lead – New Office Setup (Makati)

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on IT Executive to lead the setup and launch of a brand‑new office in Makati. As the first local IT hire, you will build the entire IT environment from scratch and transition it to steady‑state operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the initial IT infrastructure setup for the new office.
• Deploy laptops, printers, Wi‑Fi access points and other equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors for network cabling and installation.
• Provide end‑user support including onboarding, troubleshooting and device configuration.
• Manage and support Office 365, Teams, SharePoint and basic cloud platforms (e.g., Azure).
• Monitor network performance, ensure system security and availability.
• Handle IT asset management, procurement and inventory.
• Perform system maintenance, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Ensure alignment with global IT standards and policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• 3–8 years of relevant IT experience.
• Strong background in IT infrastructure and office setup.
• Experience in desktop and end‑user support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Teams and SharePoint.
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure.
• Proven ability to coordinate vendors and manage deployments.
• Self‑starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Preferred: startup or newly established environment experience, comfort with ambiguous setups, ITIL certification or familiarity, exposure to enterprise IT systems.
