Hub Sorter – Primary

About the role

The Hub Sorter (Primary) position is a core operational role within UPS’s logistics network. You will be responsible for coordinating driver dispatches, ensuring loads are correctly scheduled, and upholding safety and regulatory standards. This role contributes directly to the efficiency and reliability of package movement through the hub.

Key responsibilities

• Dispatch drivers on accurate schedules with the appropriate loads.
• Enforce Department of Transportation (DOT) service regulations for all personnel and activities.
• Monitor hub performance to maintain high quality and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to address and resolve operational challenges.
