About the role

UPS is seeking a reliable Hub Sort Sorter to join its fast‑paced warehouse team. In this permanent, onsite position you will handle a variety of package‑processing tasks, ensuring smooth flow of shipments through the hub.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload packages from trailers and package cars.
• Receive, scan, sort, and stock parcels according to UPS procedures.
• Utilize heavy‑duty equipment such as conveyors and scanners to move items efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while meeting productivity targets.
• Perform additional duties as assigned in a dynamic, high‑volume setting.

Required profile

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs (32 kg) repeatedly.
• Capability to read and memorize postal codes accurately.
• Flexible availability to work various shift patterns, up to five days per week.
• Prior warehouse or package‑handling experience is preferred.

Required skills

• Operation of package‑handling equipment (e.g., conveyors, scanners).
• Basic computer scanning proficiency.
• Adherence to safety and UPS handling standards.
