About the role
The HR Talent Onboarding Head leads the onboarding experience for new officers and staff across the head office and branch locations. This senior position ensures a smooth transition for new hires while driving the performance of the onboarding team.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate pre‑employment requirements with new hires, recruiters, HR, IT and other departments.
- Manage documentation in the RHEA system and SharePoint, monitoring completeness and deadlines.
- Provide basic training and troubleshooting for new hires uploading requirements.
- Serve as primary point of contact for new employees, handling questions and conducting orientation sessions.
- Track onboarding tasks, set performance metrics, and evaluate team members against strategic goals.
- Analyze onboarding reports to identify trends, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- Lead annual strategic planning, vendor accreditation, policy updates and process‑streamlining initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in onboarding, recruitment or HR operations.
- Strong program‑management capabilities with a track record of overseeing multiple initiatives.
- Leadership experience managing a team and driving results.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the RHEA HR system.
- Experience using SharePoint for document storage and collaboration.
