About the role
The HR Officer will support the company's human resources functions, ensuring smooth HR operations and a positive work environment. This role involves recruitment, onboarding, payroll assistance, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment and hiring, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Prepare onboarding requirements and orient new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Monitor attendance, leave applications, and timekeeping.
- Assist in payroll preparation and processing of mandatory government benefits.
- Implement company policies and disciplinary procedures.
- Handle employee concerns and support employee‑relations activities.
- Coordinate training, seminars, and employee‑engagement programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Prepare HR reports, memos, and other documentation.
- Support performance evaluation and employee development programs.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, payroll, or administration is an advantage.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time‑management abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Detail‑oriented, able to work under pressure, both independently and in a team.
- Willingness to work onsite and render overtime when needed.
