About the role
The Human Resources Coordinator provides day‑to‑day HR support for assigned departments, ensuring accurate timekeeping, payroll coordination, and performance management administration. This role acts as the primary HR point of contact for employees and managers, handling routine inquiries and maintaining confidential records.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor department timekeeping, attendance validation, scheduling, and submit payroll‑related requirements.
- Assist employees with basic benefits questions and forward complex issues to the Benefits team.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR documents, attendance files, and reports while ensuring confidentiality.
- Coordinate HR operational requirements and employee movements for assigned departments.
- Support the Performance Management System by collecting, consolidating, and tracking performance assessments.
- Communicate evaluation schedules, submission deadlines, and documentation requirements to departments.
- Prepare performance‑related reports and provide basic guidance on performance processes.
Required profile
- Graduate in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field.
- 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in timekeeping, payroll coordination, or employee support.
- Basic knowledge of payroll processing, attendance management, government benefits, and HR policies.
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of handling confidential information.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to support multiple departments.
- Experience in performance management administration or HR documentation is an advantage.
- Willingness to work onsite Monday to Saturday at the Head Office.
