About the role
The HR Assistant will provide essential support to the Human Resources Department, helping to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations. Working closely with the Chief Human Resources Administrative Officer and other teams, the role focuses on recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and accurate record‑keeping.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job advertisements, screening applicants, and coordinating interview schedules.
- Support employee onboarding activities, preparing documentation and facilitating new‑hire orientation.
- Help administer employee benefits, ensuring accurate enrollment and ongoing maintenance.
- Maintain HR records, daily time records (DTR), and payroll data with a high degree of accuracy.
- Collaborate with the CHRAO and various departments to uphold company policies and procedures.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with HR leadership and cross‑functional teams.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn HR processes.
