About the role

Grand Hyatt Manila is seeking an enthusiastic Host for the Front Office to deliver fast, friendly, and efficient service throughout every guest’s stay. The role involves engaging with guests and colleagues, handling inquiries, and ensuring a memorable experience aligned with the hotel’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and manage check‑in/check‑out procedures.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests, questions, and issues.
  • Maintain clear and courteous communication with both guests and team members.
  • Assist with reservations, lobby coordination, and guest flow management.
  • Ensure the front‑office area remains tidy and presentable.

Required profile

  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism Management or a related field.
  • Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Business‑level proficiency in Korean, Mandarin, or Japanese.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.

Required skills

  • Working knowledge of the OPERA property management system.
