F&B Services Expert

About the role

The F&B Services Expert creates memorable guest experiences by delivering seamless food and beverage service during events and daily operations. You will work closely with the kitchen, event teams, and guests to ensure every interaction is professional and enjoyable.

Key responsibilities

• Follow all company, safety, and security policies; report maintenance issues, accidents, and unsafe conditions.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and uphold confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to brand standards, using clear and professional language.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, set up tables and event materials, and serve guests.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, lifting objects up to 25 lb, bending, twisting, and moving supplies.
• Support team goals, maintain quality standards, and complete any additional duties assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage or event service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work full‑time in an onsite, fast‑paced hospitality environment.
