About the role
The Dining Manager will lead the daily operations of the restaurant dining area in Santolan, Metro Manila. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high operational standards.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the dining floor, ensuring smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
- Supervise and coach dining staff, handling scheduling and performance management.
- Address guest concerns promptly and coordinate resolutions with kitchen and service teams.
- Monitor service quality, enforce food safety and service standards, and drive continuous improvement.
- Assist with staff training, inventory monitoring, and implementation of service excellence initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Restaurant Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in restaurant operations, dining management, or food & beverage management.
- Strong leadership, team management, and customer service abilities.
- Excellent communication and decision‑making skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and service standards.
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to work on‑site in Santolan and start as soon as possible.
