About the role

The Head Nurse leads the clinical team to deliver high‑quality, compassionate care for residents in Pasay and Sucat, Muntinlupa. This senior nursing position oversees daily operations, ensures compliance with quality standards, and supports patients and families throughout their care journey.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise the clinical team to promote optimal resident care.
• Coordinate clinical activities with other departments, ensuring adequate personnel, equipment, and facilities.
• Monitor and evaluate nursing performance against established standards.
• Develop and recommend policies to improve resident care and staff procedures.
• Conduct training for new and existing clinical staff, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Provide physical, psychological, and spiritual support to residents and families, including end‑of‑life care.
• Ensure accurate medication administration and comprehensive medical treatment.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with experience in supervisory or leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of the nursing process and resident‑centered care.
• Ability to collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using computers and healthcare technology platforms.
