Senior Project Manager – HealthTech & InsurTech

About the role

Amplify Health is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex HealthTech and InsurTech implementations across the Philippines. The role sits at the core of client delivery, owning end‑to‑end project execution while acting as a trusted partner to enterprise clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project planning, defining and managing scope, timelines, budgets, resource allocation and inter‑workstream dependencies.
• Drive disciplined delivery using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies to ensure initiatives are completed on time, within scope and to quality standards.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional partners—including Commercial, Product, Engineering and Customer Success—to ensure seamless execution and rapid issue resolution.
• Interpret complex client business challenges, user requirements and operational constraints, translating them into actionable project plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior project manager in HealthTech or InsurTech environments.
• Hands‑on leadership style thriving in fast‑moving, client‑facing settings.
• Strong business acumen and ability to work across business, product and technology teams.
