Global Mobility Leader

About the role

We are seeking a Global Mobility Leader to design, implement and oversee mobility policies and processes for our international workforce. You will work closely with Tax, Finance, Payroll and HR teams to ensure compliance, cost efficiency and a seamless experience for expatriates and relocating employees.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain global mobility policies across assignment types and geographies.
• Drive operational excellence across mobility processes, vendors, and governance.
• Provide oversight of global tax matters, including expatriate tax, compliance, and cost management.
• Partner with Tax, Finance, Payroll, and HR to manage mobility risk and delivery.
• Lead process optimization, standardization, and automation initiatives.
• Support complex international travel, relocation, and senior mobility cases.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of experience in global mobility and international tax.
• Strong understanding of global mobility tax and compliance frameworks.
• Experience across broader Total Rewards is a strong advantage.
• Proven track record in process optimization and operational delivery.
• Comfortable operating in a global, matrixed environment.
