Global Full‑Cycle Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing company that protects over 20,000 retail locations by making loss‑prevention intelligent and proactive. As a Global Full‑Cycle Recruiter you will own end‑to‑end hiring for both technical and non‑technical roles across multiple regions, working remotely with flexible hours and core overlap to Eastern Time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting funnel – intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, debriefs, offers, and closure – for engineering, data, product, IT, G&A, operations, sales, marketing, and customer success roles.
• Build diverse pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, talent communities, and advanced Boolean/X‑ray searches across time zones.
• Design and maintain structured interview kits, scorecards, and lightweight assessments.
• Set and track SLAs, funnel metrics, and continuously iterate processes to meet hiring targets.
• Maintain high‑quality ATS hygiene, automate workflows where possible, and provide weekly pipeline updates to the Talent Lead.

Required profile

• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• 3–5 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience with a candidate‑first mindset.
• Proven success recruiting internationally and handling multiple time zones.
• High ownership, urgency, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience creating or refining scalable recruiting workflows.
