About the role
We are looking for an HR Specialist/Assistant to ensure smooth daily HR operations and act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns. The role supports HR Generalists and contributes to a positive workplace culture.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee and applicant records, including HR files, 201 files, HRIS, and masterfile updates.
- Post job openings, source candidates, coordinate interviews, conduct background checks, and support onboarding.
- Prepare incident reports, notices, and assist in administrative hearings and case resolutions.
- Handle employee concerns, disputes, and engagement activities while promoting a healthy work environment.
- Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations, the Labor Code, and coordinate with Legal and Safety departments.
- Provide HR support to employees, department heads, and supervisors, delivering excellent customer service.
- Assist with government registrations, compliance requirements, and maintain strict confidentiality of all information.
Required profile
- Demonstrated ability to make fair and sound decisions in handling HR matters.
- Strong organizational skills for managing records and HR documentation.
- Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and DOLE updates.
Required skills
- HRIS (Human Resources Information System) proficiency.
