About the role

You will own end‑to‑end recruiting for both technical and non‑technical positions across multiple regions and time zones. Working remotely with a flexible schedule, you will help scale the hiring engine for a fast‑growing company protecting thousands of retail locations.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview, and close candidates for engineering, data, product, IT, G&A, operations, sales, marketing, and customer success roles.
• Build diverse pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, talent communities, Boolean and X‑ray search techniques.
• Design and coordinate structured interviews, assessments, and scorecards; drive consistent hiring decisions.
• Maintain ATS hygiene, automate workflows, and track funnel metrics to identify bottlenecks.
• Provide weekly pipeline updates and recommendations to talent leads and hiring managers.
• Calibrate compensation, run references/background checks, and ensure a standout candidate experience.

Required profile

• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• 3–5 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience with a candidate‑first mindset.
• Proven success recruiting internationally across multiple time zones.
• High ownership, urgency, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience creating or refining scalable recruiting workflows.
