About the role
We are looking for a friendly and proactive Front Desk/Concierge to join our team in BGC, Taguig City. The role involves greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all guests.
Key responsibilities
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs, providing timely assistance.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence accurately.
- Issue visitor badges, verify IDs, and direct guests to appropriate areas.
- Maintain an orderly reception desk and lobby environment.
- Log visitor information using the visitor management system and generate monthly reports.
- Handle guest complaints efficiently to prevent escalation.
- Coordinate with internal staff and external vendors to resolve queries within the day.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or a related field (fresh graduates welcome).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage conflicts and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Customer‑oriented attitude with a professional approach.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
What we offer
- Full‑time schedule (Monday‑Friday, 8 hours + 1 hour break).
- Competitive salary of PHP 18,000 per month.
