About the role
We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global team. You will interact with customers from Spanish‑speaking regions via voice calls and live chat, delivering professional, friendly, and clear assistance in both languages.
Key responsibilities
- Provide timely, accurate support in French and English through calls and chat.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and guide them step‑by‑step to resolution.
- Log all interactions precisely in our support system.
- Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
- Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities.
- Represent the brand with professionalism, patience, and empathy.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Fluent written and spoken French and English.
- Excellent communication skills and calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
- Experience with bilingual support is a plus.
