About the role
We are looking for a French‑English bilingual Customer Support Specialist to join our team for a six‑month fixed‑term contract. You will assist families using our screen‑free audio product for kids, providing friendly assistance via email and live chat.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in English and French through email and live chat, covering orders, product usage, account questions and basic technical issues.
- Meet defined KPIs for response time, resolution quality and overall performance.
- Develop deep knowledge of our products, policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve complex issues and share recurring feedback.
- Identify trends, suggest improvements and support additional projects as directed by the Customer Happiness Manager.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent written and verbal English and French.
- Organised, able to manage time across different time zones.
- Friendly, calm and able to interact positively with customers.
Required skills
- Experience with Zendesk or a similar ticketing system.
