Remote Cold Caller – Virtual Assistant Services

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Cold Caller to join our remote team and promote our Virtual Assistant services. You will work on PST shifts, reaching out to potential clients and showcasing how our virtual assistants can add value to their businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Make at least 20 outbound calls daily to introduce our VA services.
• Identify client needs and clearly communicate the benefits of virtual assistants.
• Maintain a positive, persuasive sales approach throughout conversations.
• Follow up with prospects, nurture leads, and close sales deals.
• Record detailed interaction notes and client feedback.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales cold calling, preferably in the VA or outsourcing sector.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working PST hours and handling outbound calls remotely.
