Flutter Developer – AI‑First Mobile App Development

About the role

We are seeking a talented Flutter Developer to join our team full‑time and help build AI‑first mobile applications. The role is fully remote and focuses on delivering high‑quality features while leveraging modern AI coding assistants.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile apps using Flutter.
• Build clean, responsive, and stable app screens.
• Fix bugs and improve app performance.
• Work with Firebase, APIs, authentication, databases, and cloud functions.
• Utilise AI coding tools such as Cursor, Antigravity, Claude Code, ChatGPT, and Gemini to accelerate development.
• Translate product ideas, screenshots, and requirements into working features.
• Test your work carefully before submission.
• Improve existing code structure and app stability.
• Communicate progress, blockers, and timelines clearly.
• Collaborate with the team in English.

Required profile

• Strong experience with Flutter and Dart.
• Available to work full‑time remotely.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Experience using AI coding tools (Cursor, Antigravity, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar).
• Understanding of mobile app development for iOS and Android.
• Ability to work with Firebase, APIs, and backend integrations.
• Writes clean, maintainable code and tests features properly before delivery.
• Follows instructions carefully.
• Communicates quickly and clearly.
• Reliable, proactive, detail‑oriented and fast‑learning.
