Finance Manager / Controller – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Finance Manager/Controller to lead our finance and payroll functions remotely. You will work closely with all departments to streamline processes, improve efficiencies, and support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead bookkeeping, budgeting, financial reporting and payroll for the Management and Executive Leadership teams.
• Develop, review and manage quarterly budgets, forecasts and department‑level expense reports.
• Partner with executives to design and optimise financial planning and analysis workflows.
• Oversee accounts receivable, check‑cashing and ensure timely collections.
• Manage the annual financial audit and corporate tax compliance filings.
• Maintain and enhance reporting infrastructure for P&L, balance sheet and cash‑flow forecasting.
• Drive long‑term growth and efficiency initiatives across the company.
• Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic investments and goal tracking.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of leadership experience in finance, including cross‑functional management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Highly organised with proven ability to collaborate across departments.

Required skills

• Xero accounting software (preferred).
• CPA certification (preferred).
