Field Coordinator

About the role

The Field Coordinator will support the implementation of field‑based project activities across assigned barangays, schools, and communities in Isabela. Reporting to the Project Manager and Field Manager, the role requires regular on‑site presence, strong coordination with local stakeholders, accurate documentation, and timely reporting to meet project workplans and donor requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation of project activities in designated areas, including trainings, orientations, demonstrations, and community consultations.
• Coordinate logistics such as venues, transport, supplies, and participant mobilization.
• Assist with the distribution of project inputs, tools, and materials.
• Conduct regular field monitoring visits and collect field data (attendance, outputs, distributions).
• Serve as liaison with communities, schools, farmer groups, cooperatives, suppliers, and LGUs; facilitate meetings and strengthen partnerships.
• Maintain accurate records, prepare regular reports, field updates, and success stories.
• Support procurement tracking, inventory management, and logistics arrangements.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, donor requirements, and safeguarding standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in fieldwork, community engagement, or project coordination.
• Knowledge of regenerative or climate‑smart agriculture is an advantage.
• Experience working with farmer organizations, cooperatives, or community programs.
• Strong coordination, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently in remote communities and adapt to field conditions.
