About the role
The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to APAC‑based consultants at ChapmanCG, a global leader in HR executive search. Working in a flexible environment, you will act as a primary liaison between consultants, clients, and candidates, ensuring smooth coordination of meetings, interviews, and related activities.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule calls, meetings, and interviews with candidates and clients.
- Manage consultants' calendars and coordinate internal and external appointments.
- Update candidate and client information in the CRM/database as needed.
- Generate Excel lists for candidate searches and networking events.
- Assist in project‑managing HR leadership networking meetings and one‑on‑one sessions.
- Review and file commercial documents, such as business terms and contracts.
- Maintain weekly job sheet updates and submit monthly expense reports.
- Prepare and submit digital NDAs and free‑will requests.
- Proofread and format candidate resumes, reports, and client proposals.
- Arrange travel logistics, including flights, hotels, and meeting venues.
- Conduct industry and market research to support client and talent acquisition efforts.
Required profile
- Experience supporting senior consultants or executives in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
