ESH Manager

About the role

The ESH Manager will lead environmental, safety and health initiatives within our manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role reports to senior management and works closely with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor ESH policies and procedures.
• Lead problem‑solving activities using tools such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, OCAP, DOE and the 7QC toolbox.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits and incident investigations.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on safety and environmental best practices.
• Collaborate with production, engineering and quality teams to integrate ESH considerations into daily operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (engineering degree is a plus).
• Minimum 3‑4 years of managerial experience in a manufacturing environment and a total of 15 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills and a reputation for integrity and leadership.
