ESH Manager

About the role

The ESH Manager will lead environment, safety and health initiatives within a manufacturing setting, ensuring regulatory compliance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and protecting both people and the environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain ESH policies, procedures and standards.
• Conduct regular audits, inspections and risk assessments.
• Lead incident investigations and drive corrective actions.
• Apply problem‑solving tools (8D, FMEA, SPC, OCAP, DOE, 7QC) to improve processes.
• Train and mentor staff on ESH best practices.
• Monitor performance metrics and report to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (engineering license is a plus).
• 3‑4 years of managerial experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Total of 15 years of professional experience.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of Environment, Safety and Health (ESH) principles.
• Experience with problem‑solving tools such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, OCAP, DOE, and 7QC Tools.
