About the role
The ESH Manager will lead environment, safety and health initiatives within a manufacturing setting, ensuring regulatory compliance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and protecting both people and the environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, implement and maintain ESH policies, procedures and standards.
- Conduct regular audits, inspections and risk assessments.
- Lead incident investigations and drive corrective actions.
- Apply problem‑solving tools (8D, FMEA, SPC, OCAP, DOE, 7QC) to improve processes.
- Train and mentor staff on ESH best practices.
- Monitor performance metrics and report to senior management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (engineering license is a plus).
- 3‑4 years of managerial experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Total of 15 years of professional experience.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong knowledge of Environment, Safety and Health (ESH) principles.
- Experience with problem‑solving tools such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, OCAP, DOE, and 7QC Tools.
