Enterprise Application Developer

About the role

We are looking for an Enterprise Application Developer to design, build and maintain Salesforce‑based solutions that power Maya’s all‑in‑one financial ecosystem. The role combines hands‑on development with strategic ownership of new integrations and platform adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Develop scalable Salesforce applications using both declarative tools and programmatic code (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, Visualforce).
• Lead proof‑of‑concept initiatives for new integrations, Salesforce features and product offerings.
• Drive Salesforce adoption across the organization and champion best‑practice standards.
• Collaborate in agile squads, write detailed technical documentation, and ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem and promote continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform as a developer or consultant.
• Deep understanding of Sales, Service and Experience Clouds; additional clouds (Data, Marketing, Financial Services, Revenue) are a plus.
• Strong grasp of CRM, sales and customer‑service business processes.
• Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations and CI/CD pipelines.

Required skills

• Salesforce declarative and imperative programming, data and security models.
• Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Visualforce.
• JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SOQL, SOSL.
• REST/SOAP API integration, AppExchange product integration.
• CI/CD tools (Git, Copado, Gearset) and AI‑assisted development tools (Agentforce, Cursor).
• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications (additional certifications a plus).
