Associate Consultant – US Shift (Manila)

About the role

Join Infor's Consulting Services as an Associate Consultant on the US shift, providing service‑desk support for Infor ERP products. Based in Manila, you will work as part of a global delivery team, handling service requests and monitoring alerts while maintaining strong customer communication.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Global IMS delivery team to recommend innovations and process improvements.
• Handle service requests, communicate with customers, and support basic analysis of monitoring alerts.
• Follow best practices and standards in service delivery under supervision.
• Use tools and work instructions to identify problems, investigate causes, and propose solutions.
• Assist in creating and maintaining process documentation, work instructions, and remediation steps.
• Continuously expand knowledge of Infor products, customer accounts, and supporting applications.
• Work flexible US shift hours, including weekends and holidays as required.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience with a degree in IT, Computer Science, Accountancy, Finance, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Proficient English communication, presentation, organizational and planning skills.
• Proactive attitude, strong analytical ability and passion for learning.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation.
• Willingness to work permanent night‑shift schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Infor ERP products.
• Service‑desk support experience.
• Understanding of IT monitoring alerts and basic remediation.
