E-Commerce Key Account Manager (Retail)

About the role

We are looking for an E‑Commerce Key Account Manager to drive growth of our online retail channels. You will be responsible for managing the company’s e‑commerce website and marketplace presence, optimizing product listings, and delivering a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the e‑commerce website and third‑party marketplaces, ensuring accurate and optimized product listings.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales, conversion rates, and average order value.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and run paid‑ads, social media, and email campaigns, tracking performance and ROI.
• Coordinate with inventory and supply‑chain teams to maintain product availability and manage uploads, descriptions, and images.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as traffic, conversion, CAC and generate regular reports for management.
• Enhance the online shopping journey by addressing customer feedback and improving service processes.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and manage promotional and seasonal campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E‑Commerce or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in e‑commerce or online retail account management (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Strong understanding of e‑commerce platforms, online marketplaces and digital sales funnels.
• Proficiency with analytics and performance reporting tools.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and leadership abilities.
